DAV College and Management committee is the biggest non-governmental organization in the field of education, it was founded in 1885 to give practical shape to the teachings of Swami Dayanand Saraswati (1823-1883), the founder of Arya Samaj. There are at present about 900 DAV Institutions in the country and under the inspiring leadership of Arya Ratna Sh. Punam Suri Ji, President DAV College Managing Committee New Delhi.

The School started working under the direct control of DAV College Managing Committee New Delhi from April 1, 2002 DAV Public School Nerchowk is now functional in its new Campus in lush green and serene valley of Dadour.

 It is an English Medium, Co-Education Senior Secondary Public School. The school is imparting the amenities of science (Medical and Non-Medical) at plus two level along with IT at all stages.
