In view of the budgetary loss involved as a result of the time taken to fill the seats, the school requires that notice of withdrawals should be given atleast one month prior to the commencement of the academic session.
Failure to give such a notice in writing will entail to forfeiture of the caution money. Moreover, School Leaving Certificate will be issued after charging all the annual dues for the next academic session.
In case of transfer or on health grounds or to join other school during the session one month's notice also be given in writing. Acknowledgment should be obtained from the school for such withdrawal notices.
The school authorities reserve the right to compel the parents to withdraw their children on the following grounds.

Irregular attendance

Unsatisfactory academic progress.

Bad conduct

Grave Insubordination to school authorities.
